It’s exciting to seeย so much activity on our Republic deal pageย and incredible questions coming in as well as seeing reviews from many of you putting your hard earned capital to work. We’re now overย 70% of the way there to meet our minimum goalย however we intend on raising much much more than that.
Having said that, we will beย updating our Form C to include a new closing dateย for this campaign so we canย take advantage of the TV show airingย (which currently seems to be scheduled to air after our campaign ends). This will allow us toย maximize the exposure to our Republic campaignย and raise the capital we so vitally need in order to expand the business.ย Keep an eye out for more updatesย on this soon.
We continue to haveย strategic conversations with channel partners for HelloWoofy.com,ย potential pilots for WordData.ai/EmojiData.aiย andย investment discussions with angel investorsย having the necessary experience within the world of SaaS or sales side. I will be updating you with more news as it becomes available.
We continue toย grow our user base to now nearly 1600 B2B usersย andย generate thousands of API calls a dayย (our “autocomplete as a service” API is used within theย HelloWoofy.comย platform).
