👋 70% Done to Minimum Goal…Thank you! 👋

Dear All 👋

It’s exciting to see so much activity on our Republic deal page and incredible questions coming in as well as seeing reviews from many of you putting your hard earned capital to work. We’re now over 70% of the way there to meet our minimum goal however we intend on raising much much more than that.

Having said that, we will be updating our Form C to include a new closing date for this campaign so we can take advantage of the TV show airing (which currently seems to be scheduled to air after our campaign ends). This will allow us to maximize the exposure to our Republic campaign and raise the capital we so vitally need in order to expand the business. Keep an eye out for more updates on this soon.

We continue to have strategic conversations with channel partners for HelloWoofy.compotential pilots for WordData.ai/EmojiData.ai and investment discussions with angel investors having the necessary experience within the world of SaaS or sales side. I will be updating you with more news as it becomes available.

We continue to grow our user base to now nearly 1600 B2B users and generate thousands of API calls a day (our “autocomplete as a service” API is used within the HelloWoofy.com platform).

As always, we’d love your feedback on both the product and business strategies in place. We want you to be actively engaged and love answering questions.

The campaign is not only a great way to raise capital but also to work with many of our customers with current and new. So thank you so much for supporting us…it means a lot entrepreneur to entrepreneur.

Have a great day! 🚀

Best,
