Why is the AI not recommending times to post?

This is a great question and something we’re working on optimizing for each of our customers on an individual basis and not “one size fits all”. The later approach is what our competition tends to focus on however we’re in the works with figuring out times based on data science and will be rolling this feature out later this year in 2020.
