How do I change my Woofy account password?

Changing or resetting your password may only be done when you are logged in to your Woofy account.

From your Woofy account, click on “SETTINGS” at the top of your account dashboard.

On the left side of the emerging screen, there you will find some personal information about you. scroll down a bit to locate “Reset Password” directly beside “SAVE UPDATES” and click on it.

A window should pop-up at the top of your screen where you can change your password. Submit your old password and the new one as required and hit “Update Password.” Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password.
