How do I cancel my plan and request a refund?

We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. We always want to hear feedback, so please email us at support@hellowoofy.com.

To request a refund, reach out to us via arjun@hellowoofy.com and you’ll be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.

Step 1:

Go to your HelloWoofy.com settings.

Step 2:

Click on “My Subscription Plan” towards the top right.

Step 3:

Scroll down and click “Cancel Subscription.”

Step 4:

Click “Yes, cancel my subscription.”
